We are seeking a Entry-Level QA Tester with an interest in computer graphics, animation, and real-time pipelines. This role is designed for a motivated self-starter who wants to gain hands-on experience in testing tools and workflows that connect Unreal Engine, Maya, and other DCC tools.
You’ll collaborate with engineers, technical artists, and product teams to help ensure the stability and reliability of our next-generation interactive character technology. This is a great opportunity to learn from the ground up, contributing directly to production workflows while developing your technical skillset.
What you’ll do
In this role, your objectives include:
- Run and document QA test cases across Maya, Unreal Engine, and custom Ozone tools.
- Perform hands-on testing of the Ozone tools in Maya, Unreal, and other DCCs
- Capture and analyze results (e.g., screenshots, playblasts, JSON logs) to identify issues.
- Support pipeline automation testing with lightweight Python scripts and command-line tools.
- Help maintain a library of test assets, regression cases, and baseline performance data.
- Provide clear bug reports and communicate findings with engineers and technical artists.
- Assist with tasks like data entry, logging results, updating dashboards, etc.
What success looks like
In your day-to-day, your responsibilities include:
- Reliable execution of assigned QA test cases with consistent, reproducible results.
- Accurate and detailed bug reports that help engineers quickly diagnose issues.
- Willingness to dive into small but important tasks.
- Growing comfort with scripting basics (Python) to automate repetitive testing tasks.
- Proactive learning mindset: asking questions, experimenting, and steadily increasing your technical independence.
What you bring
You have proven experience and qualifications in:
- Interest in computer graphics, animation, or game pipelines.
- Basic familiarity with Python or willingness to learn scripting for automation.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and detail-oriented in test execution.
- Strong motivation and self-starter mentality, ready to learn by doing.
- Spent time in 3D tools like Maya, Unreal Engine, Blender, or similar DCC software.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
