This includes proxied documentation or training tools hosted on third-party platforms.

Account & Profile Information (via Auth0):

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture
  • Password credentials (stored by Auth0)
  • Roles, permissions, and custom fields

Some account data is synced to Firestore and Postgres.

Payment & Subscription Information (via Stripe):

  • Name
  • Email
  • Subscription ID
  • Billing address
  • Last 4 digits of payment card
  • Payment status
  • Purchase price and product
  • Historical subscription information

We never store full credit card numbers.

Licensing Information:

  • License keys (trial or paid)
  • Activation logs
  • IP addresses
  • Machine or device identifiers
  • Timestamps and usage logs

Support & Communication (via Monday.com):

  • Name, email, message content
  • User-provided system specs (CPU, GPU, OS)
  • Uploaded screenshots, logs, or project files

User-Generated Content:

  • Project files
  • Sample assets
  • Training progress
  • Recently viewed / watched training content

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage & Log Data:

  • Pages viewed and portal interactions

Cookies & Tracking Technologies: Used for session management, authentication, preferences, analytics, and marketing.

  • Confluence (Atlassian) – documentation
  • Monday.com – support ticket management

We only share the minimum necessary data with each provider.


7. International Data Transfers

All data is stored in the United States on servers hosted by Google Cloud. We do not participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).


8. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while active; deleted 24 months after last activity if deletion is requested.
  • Payment & Subscription Data: Retained for 7 years (legal compliance).
  • License Keys & Activation Data: Retained for the life of the account + 3 years.
  • Support Tickets & Uploads: Retained indefinitely.
  • Server Logs & Analytics: Retained for 12 months.
  • Marketing Email Logs: Retained for 3 years after unsubscribe.

9. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights:

  • Right to Delete your personal data
  • Right to Correct inaccurate information
  • Right to Export data in a portable format
  • CCPA/CPRA rights for California residents
  • GDPR rights for EU users

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
