• Account creation and authentication (Auth0)
• User dashboards and portal functionality
• Product downloads and license access
• Subscription and billing services (Stripe)
• Support systems and communications
• Training, documentation, and hosted content

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Ozone services.

If you are using Ozone on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

4.3 Organization Accounts

Accounts may be structured with:

• Parent accounts
• Subaccounts
• Role-based permissions

You are responsible for managing access within your organization.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Billing

Certain services require payment via third-party providers such as Stripe.

5.2 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions may:

• Renew automatically unless canceled

5.3 Changes and Cancellation

You may cancel subscriptions according to the terms provided at purchase. Access may continue until the end of the billing period.

5.4 Non-Payment

Failure to pay may result in:

• Termination of licenses

6. License and Software Use

Use of Ozone software, including but not limited to Ozone Subdivs, Ozone Studio, and related tools, is governed separately by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

These Terms govern access to services, not software usage rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality
• Abuse, exploit, or overload infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or misuse services outside permitted scope
• Upload or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content

We reserve the right to investigate and take action on violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided by Ozone are owned by or licensed to O3 Story Technologies, Inc.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify Ozone materials without permission
• Use Ozone branding without authorization

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Ozone relies on third-party providers, including:

• Authentication services (Auth0)
• Payment processing (Stripe)
• Cloud infrastructure and storage providers

Your use of these services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Your use of Ozone services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Fail to pay required fees

Ozone makes no guarantees regarding:

• Availability
• Reliability
• Performance
• Fitness for a particular purpose

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Ozone shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business
• Service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ozone in the prior 12 months.
