We never store full credit card numbers.

- Account Data: Retained while active; deleted 24 months after last activity if deletion is requested.
- Payment & Subscription Data: Retained for 7 years (legal compliance).
- License Keys & Activation Data: Retained for the life of the account + 3 years.
- Support Tickets & Uploads: Retained indefinitely.
- Server Logs & Analytics: Retained for 12 months.
- Marketing Email Logs: Retained for 3 years after unsubscribe.
