Tom McGlinchey

Tom McGlinchey is a strategic finance executive and trusted advisor with a passion for helping entrepreneurial organizations grow with clarity, discipline, and purpose. As Chief Financial Officer of Storyland Studios and Treasurer of Ozone, he brings decades of leadership in finance, operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth across mission-driven, creative, and entrepreneurial environments.

Tom began his career at the Disneyland Resort, where he moved from onstage roles in Tomorrowland attractions to backstage financial leadership positions of increasing responsibility. During his time with Disney, he earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and became a Certified Management Accountant. He later combined his financial expertise with a love for innovation and expansion while supporting Walt Disney Special Events Group and Disney Entertainment Productions in strategic initiatives across Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Over the course of his career, Tom has served in senior financial leadership roles that span lending, higher education, consulting, and creative services. As CFO of Church Development Fund, he helped guide the organization through significant growth, expanding from $100 million to $650 million in total assets. He later served as CFO of Provision Ministry Group, Vice President for Business and Finance—and ultimately Executive Vice President—at Hope International University, and he continues to enjoy helping entrepreneurial leaders navigate growth and complexity with confidence.

Tom most enjoys spending time with his wife, Shannon, family, and friends—whether traveling, cooking, golfing, relaxing at the beach, or heading for the mountains.
